I've run Braintek for over twenty years, giving growing Texas businesses a real IT department: security, help desk, cloud, and automation. Along the way, whenever I needed a tool that didn't exist, I built it. Those tools grew into a family of software products for scale service companies and field service teams.
Today my focus is business automation and practical AI. I take the repetitive work out of service businesses so people can spend their time on customers.
